Shipping and Handling

Thanks for visiting and shopping at Passion and Perks! The following information constitutes our Shipping and Handling terms and conditions.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN US
Passion and Perks ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Occasionally due to high demand peaks, processing and handling may take a little time before we can ship, we appreciate your patience! Once your product is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you, typical ETA is 3 to 10 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays and weekends) within the contiguous 48 US States.

ETA is 14 to 25 days once shipped for rest of the world. Passion and Perks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HANDLING MANAGEMENT
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated Delivery Dates:

  • Order Processing - All shipping dates are pending credit card verification. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days to process your order in our warehouse. However, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 5 days or more.
  • Organization - Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Transit Time - Amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local carrier.

WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 1 week prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Your items may come from different suppliers so they may not arrive together in the same package and on the same day.

NOTE: If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder to see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
  • All expedited orders require a street address
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or specific times
  • Shipping is available to the 50 United States. Currently we do not ship to the US Territories unless prior arrangements are made with our Customer Support.

DAMAGE MANAGEMENT
Passion and Perks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  For information regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

RETURN MANAGEMENT
All returns and refunds must be handled via email only. Please email us directly using info@passionandperks.com and stating your name, address, order number and details of the problem with your item.
