WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?
As soon as you enter your address in the checkout stage, you will see the calculated postage costs. Once you know the final total you can proceed with the payment.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
The average delivery time is 4-10 working days. Sale price and giveaways, please allow may take a little longer.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Both our warehouse and fulfillment house are located in the U.S.A.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Some promo items will have tracking numbers and others will not depending on where they are shipping from. If your item is shipped with a tracking number, it will be provided to you at the time the item ships.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
